If it is to be, it is up

When it comes to my health, it is up to me to get fit. I have to take responsibility for my own actions when it comes to my personal fitness. Therefore taking on responsibility for myself I have the power to become a healthier person. At times I dont wanna work out but I have to if I wanna live a healthy life. Now i workout 5 days a week so I can stay fit and live the lifestyle that I would love to be in
