My Goals

STEP 1-Desire

I would like to improve my muscular stregnth

STEP 2-belife

Since im a athlete i have good muscular stregnth but if i get better at it i can be a better player 

STEP 3- Analyze Where You Are Now
 I can bench press 305 pounds

STEP 4- Set realistic goals

I would like to increase my bench press max 

STEP 5- Write Your Own goals In Detail

I would do less of my max but more reps in my exercise 

STEP 6-List The Benefits You Will Receive

It will help me out alot in my sports and make feel good about my self

STEP 7-Identify Obstacles

It would be days that I might not feel like working out or when my body hurt from practice  

STEP 8-Identify Knowledge You Will Need

I know how to bench and curls and know how to measure the weight on the bar

STEP 9-Make A Plan Of Action

I will mostly do upper body work outs but still do my sit ups to keep my core

STEP 10-Develop A Timeline

STEP 11-Monitor Your Progress

Every two or three weeks I will max out to see where im at

STEP 12-Never Give Up

I will never give up cause i know that my pride in heart is to big for me to give up in what i want to do
